We are in the search of TOUR LEADERS who manage, assist, help and support our passengers during their trip in Perú.

REQUIREMENTS / WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Be able to communicate clearly to travelers in English

Freedom to be able to travel around Perú

Be willing to learn and have the right attitude to go above and beyond to provide unique experiences to our passengers!

Being passionate about Peru and its culture, and excited to share this with tourists.

Be Fun & Friendly and love interacting with people

Energetic, organized and a team player

Minimum 1 year commitment / contract.

Additional things that may help (not required):

Having travel experience across Peru or Work experience in the hotel, leisure or entertainment industry is an asset.

Studies related to the hospitality, travel or leisure industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING / WHAT PERU HOP TOUR LEADERS DO

Speaking confidently in front of a large group of diverse travelers (up to 40 passengers) and leading them around the different destinations of Perú.

Consistently delivering a high level of customer service and traveler satisfaction

Manage tour logistics while the tour is underway, always placing the safety and service of guests first.

Gather guest reviews and act as a brand ambassador pre, during and after the tour.
