Customer service - Rotating Schedule
Working as the first point of contact for passengers travelling with one of the fastest growing companies in tourism in Peru. Managing and building personalized itineraries, queries and providing first class travel advice to passengers guaranteeing the highest standard of service possible. Through excellent communication skills, maintaining an attentive attitude at all times and a keen eye for detail you will be successful in providing first-rate customer service to our passengers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
● University graduate / Bachelors / Degree in Tourism and Hospitality
● Fresh grad / Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry
● Fluent in the English language (written and verbal)
● Available to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
● Determining the needs of each client by answering passenger queries and requests via email and telephone.
● Providing tailor-made travel itineraries that will contribute to a unique experience that fits passengers’ plans
● Being the first point of contact for those who wish to travel with us, and those already travelling with us.
● Provide excellent customer service at all times, with the goal of going above and beyond for our passengers.
● General admin duties include: data analysis, liaising with third party agencies (viator, tour radar etc.), processing refunds, updating any and all internal tasks in direct association with customer service.
● Communicating with outside tour operators
● Promotion and integration of other core branches of the company thataide in the overall travel experience
