Asistente de Reservas y Operaciones - Full Time

Job Description:

This position plays a key role in the daily execution of our Machu Picchu experiences. This role requires a high sense of responsibility, a commitment to operational excellence, rapid response times, attention to detail, and good handling under pressure. The position is subject to rotating schedules, as well as availability to work holidays and weekends, with all corresponding benefits.

Requirements/Qualifications:

🔹 Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields

🔹 Previous experience in a travel agency

🔹 Knowledge of tours in Cusco is desirable

🔹 Intermediate-advanced English

🔹 Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible

🔹 Excel at the user level

Responsibilities:

🔹 Constant review and update of all entered reservations, ensuring their correct inclusion in the operational biography.

🔹 Manage the timely purchase of tickets, trains, and buses (including last-minute sales).

🔹 Properly dispatch passengers on 2-day tours.

🔹 Ensure all reservations have the necessary tickets for execution.

🔹 Print and organize tickets and itineraries for briefings.

🔹 Send advance payment reports to suppliers (Peru Rail, Inca Rail, and Consettur).

🔹 Maintain fluid communication with sales, reservations, and field operations.

🔹 Verify compliance with contracted services with hotels, transport providers, and guides.
