Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for our passengers, you will play a vital role in managing and building personalized itineraries, handling queries, and offering first-class travel advice. You will ensure the highest standards of service by maintaining excellent communication, attentiveness, and a keen eye for detail. Success in this role requires not only politeness but also assertiveness, with the ability to make a lasting impression and set the right tone for our passengers' adventures.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Journalism, Marketing (with a focus on content creation or customer service)
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years experience in tourism or hospitality industry preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to passenger queries and requests via email, WhatsApp, and phone, determining their needs and providing timely assistance
  • Create tailor-made travel itineraries that contribute to unique and memorable experiences, aligning with passengers’ travel plans
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective travelers and those currently on their journeys with us
  • Provide outstanding customer service with the goal of exceeding expectations and setting a positive tone for every tour
  • Handle complaints and complex situations with professionalism, assertiveness, and care
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data analysis, liaising with third-party agencies (Viator, TourRadar, etc.), processing refunds, and managing internal customer service tasks
  • Coordinate with outside tour operators as needed
  • Promote and integrate other branches of the company that enhance the overall travel experience.
